Privacy
Your details, your say.
What this site keeps about you, who can see it, and how to change or remove it.
What we keep
- When you register: your names, email, phone number, profession, industry, address, city, country, house, class and the photo you upload.
- Whether you have said you are coming to the induction night.
- Anything you post: opportunities, milestones and the throwback photos you send in.
- For guests of the induction night who are not in the year group: only the name you type and who you are. A photo you add to a guest card stays on your device and is never uploaded.
What everyone can see
- On the directory, class and house pages: your photo, name, profession, city, country and house.
- Throwback photos you send in, with your name, once an executive has approved them.
- Totals only for the induction night: how many are coming, and how many from each house.
What only signed-in members can see
- Opportunities and milestones, with the name of the brother who posted them.
- Documents shared by the executive council.
What stays private
- Your email, phone number and address are never shown on the site. Only you and the executive council can see them.
- The executive council uses them to reach you about year group matters.
- A registered brother can ask for your phone number and email. An executive reviews each request and, only if it is approved, sends those two details to him directly. Your address is never passed on.
- We do not sell or pass your details to anyone outside the year group.
On your device
- When you sign in, this browser remembers your name, class and house and a sign-in key, so you stay signed in. Signing out removes them.
- The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Changing or removing your details
- Sign in and open My profile to correct anything at any time.
- To be removed from the registry altogether, ask any member of the executive council and your record and photo will be deleted.
